Everyone at St Merryn celebrated in style today as we raised money for Children in Need. The school council did a fantastic job organising lots of fundraising events from cake sales to obstacle courses! The highlight of the day was certainly the fashion show. In total we raised over £260, well done St Merryn.
What an amazing event the KS1 cross country turned out to be. The children who competed showed determination and pride as they raced against other primary schools in the Wadebridge area. They supported each other to the end and were a true asset to St Merryn School. Well done everyone!
Children from school gave up their sunday morning to remember war casualties at St Merryn church at the annual Remembrance service. The children took an active part in the service and all helped to lay crosses on the war graves. Thank you to all who took part and their parents for supporting this village event.
