KS1 Cross country

What an amazing event the KS1 cross country turned out to be. The children who competed showed determination and pride as they raced against other primary schools in the Wadebridge area. They supported each other to the end and were a true asset to St Merryn School. Well done everyone!

We will remember them

Children from school gave up their sunday morning to remember war casualties at St Merryn church at the annual Remembrance service. The children took an active part in the service and all helped to lay crosses on the war graves. Thank you to all who took part and their parents for supporting this village event.

Year 6 Surf Competition – Polzeath

The year 6 surfers had a fantastic afternoon on the beach competing against 3 local schools. The conditions were tough but all of the children managed to show off their surfing skills to the judges.
