The children had a fantastic day raising funds and awareness about children in need. They enjoyed dressing in spots, a cake sale, sporty games, a fashion show and a bring and buy sale. Thank you for all of your generous donations!

The Wagtails were delighted to welcome Stuart Pate from the Seafood Restaurant to their classroom, especially as he was armed with all the ingredients for creating decorated ginger biscuits! He gave a great demonstration, answered lots of questions and then set the children to work, decorating their own knight’s shield biscuits. Thank you Stuart!

Starlings class and the year 1 Robins had a fantastic visit to Pendennis Castle. We searched for some of the different features of a castle and were lucky enough to be treated to an archery display. All children were extremely well behaved and were a credit to St Merryn School.
