We have had another amazing day in London. This morning we visited the Houses of Parliament, which was almost overwhelming! We even sat in on a debate in the viewers gallery. After that we visited the Tower of London and rounded the evening off with watching Mathilda at the Theatre. It was truly amazing!
Here we are outside the Royal Entrance to Westiminister Abbey following a guided tour of inside. What an awesome place! Afterwards, we visited the Science Musuem and are now relaxing aboard the Lord Amory very full after our Nando’s supper. We are ‘egg-cited’ to announce that our chicken eggs are snug in their incubator and are due to start hatching by the middle of March. Early indications are that chicks are growing in every egg. We will publish an update as soon as we spot any cracks appearing!
Well done to all 39 children who entered, trained and ran the 3K course last Wednesday. Everyone did really well to complete the course without stopping, especially as it was freezing cold! We were most impressed with how the children paced themselves but saved enough energy for a sprint through the finish line
