The Barn Owls (formerly known as Class 4) have settled well into the new term and are thoroughly enjoying their ‘Round and Round’ topic. They have already done an in depth study of the Masai tribe from Kenya and are well underway with their ‘upcyling’ bag project.
Class 3, or The Kestrels as we are now known, have made a fantastic start to the new school year. Year 3 (and Mr Anderson) are all settled in and we have been doing some fantastic learning. Our WW2 caricatures are particularly impressive. Well done everybody.
We have had a busy week in Starlings Class (formerly Class 2) this week. It has been lovely to meet the new pupils and welcome those returning to work with us over the next year! Everyone has settled really quickly and the pupils are looking forward to learning about World War Two this half term.
We have loved having our new ‘Wagtails’ in school. Well done on a week of full attendance.
